It is the policy of the Prattville YMCA that employment decisions shall be based on merit, qualifications, and competence. In addition, it is the Prattville YMCA's policy to provide an environment that is free of unlawful harassment of any kind, including that which is sexual, age-related, racial or ethnic.
Providing safe and secure programs for our members and program participants is of utmost importance to us. The information gathered in this application and then through our interview and selection process if you move forward through the employment process is designed to help us provide the highest quality and safest programs for the people of our community. This our first line of defense in protecting our children in our programs from potential abusers.
